Each PDF or image submitted to the parse endpoint counts as one parse, regardless of the number of pages in the document. Re-parsing the same document (for example, with different compliance rules) counts as an additional parse. Retrieving previously parsed results does not count.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new plan takes effect immediately. You will be credited for the unused portion of your current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Early bird pricing is preserved across plan changes during the launch period.

Your API calls will not be cut off abruptly. You will receive email alerts at 80% and 100% usage. After hitting your limit, additional parses are billed at 1.5x your per-parse rate. If overages become frequent, we recommend upgrading to the next tier for better per-parse pricing.

Not yet - annual billing is planned for after launch. Since early bird pricing is already discounted up to 80%, the monthly rate is already significantly below what annual billing would offer at regular prices. We will notify waitlist members when annual plans become available.
